What size unit do I need?

To assist our customers, we have made a helpful guide – click here for more infomation. If you have any queries or need any assistance in deciding which size unit best suits your needs, we are here to help.

How do I move my things into the storage units?

Our facilities are built for easy access, and we provide loading equipment and packing materials. You will be provided with an electronic key fob to open our automated loading door. If you don’t want the hassle of moving your belongings yourself then give us a call for our recommended Man & Van service at preferential rates to our customers.

How secure are my stored items?

You will be provided with your own electronic access key which gives you unlimited access to the storage facility during opening hours. Only you have keys to your storage unit. The building is alarmed and monitored with CCTV recording 24 hrs, 7 days per week.

Can I insure my items?

You items must be insured whilst stored, just as they are whilst in your home or business. Insurance for your items is available at reasonable rates. If your contents policy covers your goods and belongings within our premises, then that is acceptable too. (Please bring your policy documents with you when you take your unit).

How long can I stay?

You can rent our units for a minimum of one month, or stay for as long as you want. In addition you can move into a smaller or larger unit whenever you wish.

What items can’t I Store?
  • Hazardous materials of any kind including but not limited to – asbestos, flammable liquids and explosives (inc fireworks)
  • Un-authorised or illegal goods, e.g. drugs
  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Living things
  • Items that could decompose e.g food of any kind, plants etc
  • Rubber tyres, vehicle or otherwise.
  • Petrol or diesel – any machinery requiring fuel must be completely drained of fuel and oil before you can store it.
How quickly can I move in?

You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract. This will include photographic ID (driving license or passport) and a recent (within 3 months) utility bill or bank statement showing your name and current address. Minimum one months payment in advance – to be made prior to moving in and a refundable security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent.
